If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, you may receive a full refund of your deposit minus a 10% administrative fee to cover initial consultation time and administrative costs.

During Design Phase

If cancellation occurs during the design phase, the deposit is non-refundable as significant creative work and time have been invested. Any additional payments will be refunded proportionally based on work not yet completed, minus the deposit amount and costs already incurred.

During Development Phase

If cancellation occurs during the development phase, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including design, development, and any third-party costs incurred. Any remaining balance from payments already made will be refunded after deducting completed work costs.

Post-Completion

Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. Completion is defined as when the final version has been delivered and approved by you, or when the agreed-upon revision period has elapsed.

Refund Process

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Final ownership of all website files, code, and deliverables transfers to you only upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, thexrovaprfrozio retains all rights to the work product. Partial payments do not grant partial ownership or access to work-in-progress files.
